Dhruv’s practice areas cover all areas of corporate laws, acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign exchange laws and private equity investments. He also specializes in aircraft leasing and financing transactions, as also purchase and sale of aircraft. He has also advised clients on successful repossessions of aircraft. His clients include overseas financiers, owners/ lessors of aircraft as also domestic financial institutions. He regularly advises clients in relation to estate planning matters including setting up of family trusts. Dhruv has also advised clients on matters relating to maritime law, including transactions relating to sale and financing of vessels.
