Ria Nandani

Ria is a part of the Firm’s real estate practice. She advises domestic and international clients including realtors, financial institutions, private equity funds, investors, and borrowers on various aspects of real estate laws. Her practice involves acquisitions, dispositions, development of residential, commercial, and retail projects, joint ventures, title due diligence, financing matters, leasing, general real estate advisory, and corporate insolvency resolution process under Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws. She also advises clients on real estate litigation matters. Ria holds an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law and has previously worked as legal counsel with a real estate firm in Boston.
