Pinaz Mehta

Pinaz heads the Bangalore practice of Wadia Ghandy & Co. and has 20 years of experience with top tier law firms in India. Her practice areas include litigation, arbitration and real estate. Her disputes practice is sector agnostic and has ranged from complex construction arbitrations, shareholders disputes/M&A,  arbitrations, oppression matters to regular money recovery suits and arbitrations. She also regularly appears before the High Court, Commercial Court, Civil Court, NCLT and DRT in corporate and commercial disputes. She also advises clients in relation to joint development agreements and commercial/industrial leases. Pinaz has also represented banks in disputes with developers. She has received training in mediation and has successfully assisted her clients in resolving disputes through mediation.
