Apoorva Kaushik

Apoorva is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Delhi. She is a qualified Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court and regularly advises and represents clients before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court and other Courts and Tribunals civil and commercial matters. Her experience and practice ranges from handling commercial and contractual disputes, real estate and property matters, insolvency and bankruptcy disputes, arbitrations and arbitration related litigation, consumer disputes, white-collar crimes matters, aviation disputes and constitutional matters. Apart from her practice before the Supreme Court, Apoorva also does original side matters and regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC and other Courts and Tribunals.

As an Advocate on Record, Apoorva has significant experience in Supreme Court litigation and is regularly involved in matters from the stage of formulating litigation and appellate strategy through drafting, filing and appearing before the Court.
