Pradeep Bakhru

Pradeep is a part of and specialises in the Disputes practice. Pradeep practices civil and commercial law, constitutional law and criminal law. Pradeep has experience of suits, summary suits, writ petitions, arbitrations, company petitions, bail applications and quashing petitions. He appears before various forums in Mumbai i.e. the Bombay High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, the City Civil Court and the Sessions Court, the National Company Law Tribunal and the Securities Appellate Tribunal. He also has experience of appearing before the Supreme Court as well as Courts in other parts of the Country.
