Raghavindra Gupta

Raghavindra Gupta is part of the Firm’s litigation practice. His main area of practice is Corporate Commercial Dispute Resolution (Litigation and Arbitration). He is also interested in and developing the practice of Direct Tax litigation. He has been involved in many noteworthy civil and commercial dispute resolution cases. Over the years, he has developed significant experience in all forms of dispute resolution including Writ Petitions, Suits, Summary Suits, arbitrations, Company Applications, etc. He practices on the original side and the appellate side of the Bombay High Court. He also appears before various other Courts/ Tribunals in Mumbai such as the Bombay City Civil Court, the State and District Consumer Redressal Commission/ Forum and the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.
