In connection with the pharma sector, Aarish advises on a wide range of pharmaceutical and drug law related matters including matters in connection with licenses and permits by manufacturers, marketers, distributors and various other entities involved in the manufacturing and distribution chain, price control, clinical trials, hospitals and laboratory related compliances, medical devices, advertising and promotions, documentation review, compliance by doctors / medical practitioners of the applicable laws, etc. In connection with technology, Aarish’s advise covers a wide spectrum including compliances in implementing different forms of IT infrastructure, whether domestically or cross-border and whether in physical or virtual form, cloud / remote or on-site deployments.
