Apeksha Munot

Apeksha practices in the real estate sector of the firm. She primarily focuses on title verification aspect including for various land parcels situated across different parts of the country such as Mumbai, Pune, NCR region, Bangalore, Hyderabad. Her area of practice also includes advising and drafting various conveyancing documents and working on various real estate litigation matters. She regularly acts for realtors, private equity investors, banks and financial institutions in relation to title verification work, acquisition and development of residential, commercial and retail projects including various township/ integrated township development, SEZ development etc.
