Dharav is a part of and specialises in the Disputes Resolution practice of the firm. His area of practice includes civil and commercial law, constitutional law, white-collar crimes, consumer disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy code, company law disputes, intellectual property rights, and alternate dispute resolutions.

Over the years, Dharav has developed experience in all forms of dispute resolution such as suits (commercial and ordinary), statutory appeals, writ petitions, special leave petitions, company petitions, arbitrations etc. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Original as well as Appellate side of the Delhi High Court, NCLT, Delhi, NCLAT, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Appellate Authority, PMLA and Trial Courts across Delhi.
