About

Dhawal is the joint Managing Partner of the Firm and has a vast real estate practice which includes all aspects of real estate including title scrutiny and verification, transactions and real estate related litigations. His experience includes advising realtors in respect of the acquisition and development of residential and commercial projects, malls, SEZ’s, townships, agricultural land, information technology parks, hospitality and education. He also advises clients on special laws governing mill lands, cessed buildings, tenant rehabilitation, redevelopment of co-operative housing societies, slum rehabilitation projects etc. He acts for and advises realtors, private equity investors, financial institutions, banks, corporates, high net worth individuals and business houses with regard to the real estate transactions undertaken by them and has advised and undertaken for clients some of the most complex real estate and conveyancing transactions.
