Ekagra is a part of the Firm’s banking and finance practice. He advises and represents Indian and international banks, foreign portfolio investors, non-banking financial companies, micro finance companies, asset reconstruction companies, housing finance companies and corporate organisations on all aspects of debt investments in India including assisting in a wide variety of their debt transactions (both onshore as well as cross-border) through various debt capital market issuances, plain vanilla / syndicated term loans and bonds, project finance, external commercial borrowings, overseas direct investments, foreign portfolio investments, rupee denominated bond issuances and other borrowings. He also regularly advises Indian corporates and non-banking financial companies in relation to regulatory and general corporate matters as well as on product documentation.
