Kashish Mainkar

Kashish Mainkar is a Partner at Wadia Ghandy & Co., Mumbai, and is a part of the Firm’s Disputes practice. He advises and represents clients in complex commercial and civil disputes, including commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, writ proceedings, tender matters, testamentary disputes, and disputes between societies and developers concerning conveyance and related issues. While he regularly appears before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Trial Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench, Kashish has also appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
