Nisha is positioned in the Disputes segment of the firm, with extensive experience in matters requiring invocation of writ jurisdiction. Apart from that, Nisha handles various civil, corporate, and commercial litigations. Nisha also has experience in alternate dispute resolution mechanisms and has handled elements of both domestic and international commercial arbitration. She has worked expansively on revenue and land litigations and regularly appears in all forums across the spectrum of the appeal hierarchy. Nisha also has experience in both direct and indirect taxation matters. She regularly appears before different Courts/Forums across the State of Gujarat, including the Gujarat High Court, and before a range of Arbitral Tribunals.
