Pranaya is an Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court and attends to all the Firm’s matters before the Supreme Court. He advises and appears for clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters relating to civil & commercial / contractual disputes, amalgamations / mergers and demergers, capital restructuring, Writ Petitions including challenges to constitutional validity of statutes / provisions, challenges to policies/ orders of electricity regulatory commissions, cable and telecom disputes, consumer disputes, corporate crimes (including frauds & forgery), debts, family and matrimonial disputes, intellectual property, labour & industrial disputes, private equity investment disputes, property, public and private trusts, tax / levies (both direct and indirect tax) and torts. He also handles Companies Act and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code matters before NCLT and NCLAT and regularly appears before the NCDRC, NGT and other Tribunals / Trial Courts. Pranaya also advises in real estate leasing transactions.
