Sameer also is a part of and specialises in the Disputes practice. Sameer focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration. He regularly acts for clients in various courts and jurisdictions on disputes arising out of investment agreements, joint-ventures, infrastructure contracts, securities law and disputes with governmental authorities. He has also acted for clients in several international and domestic arbitrations. Another key area of his practice is contentious company law matters before the National Company Law Tribunal such as schemes of arrangement, oppression/mismanagement disputes and insolvency/winding up matters. His clients include foreign and domestic funds, financial institutions, manufacturing and infrastructure companies and private clients. Sameer appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Trial Courts, National Company Law Tribunal and Securities Appellate Tribunal.
